About the role

Twelve customers sit on our advisory board and give us two hours of qualitative feedback every quarter that currently gets buried in a shared doc nobody rereads. We believe the loudest signal in this company comes from unfiltered customer conversation, not just funnel metrics, so this role builds the system that turns raw advisory board transcripts into structured themes product leadership actually acts on. You'll work directly with the two other engineers on this pod, no layers of approval.

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline that extracts themes from advisory board transcripts
  • Design a scoring system for theme recurrence and urgency
  • Present synthesized findings directly to product leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years in NLP or applied ML engineering
  • Experience with topic modeling or qualitative text analysis
  • Comfortable shipping without heavy process overhead
