About the role

We serve thousands of support teams who rely on our knowledge base tools every day, and we don't yet have a clear picture of which articles actually reduce ticket volume. The person in this role will build that picture from scratch. We don't care where you work from. We care about clear write-ups, dashboards that hold up under scrutiny, and a habit of flagging surprising numbers before they become someone else's problem. You'll have full access to our support and product analytics warehouses from day one. Expect to spend your first month getting comfortable with our data model, then start shipping small analyses that the support operations team can act on immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Build SQL queries against the support and product analytics warehouse
  • Design Tableau dashboards for the support operations team
  • Run statistical analysis on article effectiveness and ticket deflection
  • Share findings in a weekly written update, not just a slide deck

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with SQL and a BI tool such as Tableau
  • Basic statistics knowledge (hypothesis testing, correlation vs causation)
  • Comfortable with pandas for exploratory analysis
  • Clear written communication in async settings
