AI Customer Insights Data Scientist

About the role

We serve enterprise clients who need to trust every fairness and bias metric we publish about their AI systems, so our data science bench has to hold itself to a higher standard than most. You'll join a small, senior team that owns the customer-facing insights layer of our auditing platform — the dashboards and statistical models that clients actually read in board meetings. We don't care where you work from on a given day, hybrid just means the option is there when you want it; we care about rigorous analysis and clear communication. We expect you to bring both technical depth in scikit-learn and pandas and the judgment to know when a result isn't solid enough to ship.

Responsibilities

  • Build and validate statistical and ML models behind client-facing insights
  • Own the analytical rigor of fairness and bias reporting metrics
  • Design clear Tableau visualizations for non-technical enterprise stakeholders
  • Review peer analyses for statistical soundness before release
  • Partner with the platform team on new insight features

Requirements

  • 6+ years in applied data science or statistics roles
  • Strong Python skills including scikit-learn and pandas
  • Deep understanding of statistical inference and its limits
  • Experience building dashboards for enterprise stakeholders
  • Ability to defend analytical conclusions under scrutiny
