About the role

We serve banks and payment processors who need to understand customer behavior patterns without exposing anyone to unnecessary fraud risk. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints, clear ownership, and weekly syncs with leadership, building Spark-based pipelines and SQL models that surface customer insights our commercial team can act on. Every metric you ship needs to hold up under scrutiny from clients who audit our methodology closely before renewing contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Build Spark pipelines and SQL models surfacing customer behavior insights
  • Present findings in weekly syncs with the commercial and leadership teams
  • Document methodology clearly enough to withstand client audits

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Spark and SQL for large-scale customer data
  • Solid statistical background for behavioral analysis
  • Experience documenting methodology for client-facing audits
