About the role

Have you ever wanted to build AI systems that actually go to production, not just demos? Our customer success team records dozens of onboarding calls every week, and right now those recordings just sit unwatched in a folder. We need a contractor to build a pipeline that transcribes, summarizes, and extracts action items from each call automatically, then routes those summaries into our CRM. This is a scoped six-month engagement with a clear deliverable and the possibility of extension based on results.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build a transcription and summarization pipeline for onboarding call recordings
  • Design prompts that extract action items, blockers, and sentiment accurately
  • Integrate summarized output with the existing CRM via API
  • Tune the pipeline based on customer success team feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience building LLM pipelines with LangChain or similar frameworks
  • Hands-on prompt engineering experience with OpenAI or Hugging Face models
  • Ability to work independently on a scoped contract with minimal oversight
  • Prior experience with CRM API integrations is a plus
