AI Customer Renewal Playbook Generator

About the role

We serve over 200 enterprise clients in the SaaS and fintech space, and the person in this role will help our customer success managers walk into renewal conversations prepared instead of guessing. Right now CSMs manually dig through call notes and usage dashboards before every renewal call. You'll build a tool that reads that history and drafts a one-page playbook: what the account cares about, what's at risk, and what to lead with. We don't care where you work from. We care about output, clear communication, and whether CSMs actually trust what you ship.

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline that summarizes account history into renewal playbooks
  • Work with CSMs to validate playbook accuracy before each renewal
  • Iterate on prompt design based on weekly CSM feedback

Requirements

  • 1-2 years working with llm apis in a production setting
  • Basic prompt engineering and langchain experience
  • Interest in customer success or account management workflows
