About the role

Have you ever wanted to build something a support team checks every single morning instead of ignoring? Python, SQL, and Tableau are what you'll use to turn thousands of daily support tickets and reviews into a sentiment trend dashboard that actually gets used, not one more report nobody opens. You'll ship your first version in the first month. We keep things small and direct — build it, watch how the support team uses it, fix what's wrong, ship again.

Responsibilities

  • Build sentiment trend models from support tickets and reviews
  • Design dashboards support leads check daily
  • Iterate on the dashboard based on direct user feedback
  • Maintain the data pipeline feeding sentiment scores
  • Flag emerging negative trends early

Requirements

  • Some experience with sentiment analysis or text classification
  • Comfortable with SQL and Python
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar dashboard tools
  • Eagerness to ship and iterate quickly
