About the role

Our clients buy our AI platform and then need help making it work for their specific use case. That's where you come in. As an AI customer success engineer, you'll bridge the gap between our product and our clients' workflows — configuring AI pipelines, tuning prompts for their domain, and building the integrations that connect our platform to their existing tools. You'll handle 4-6 client accounts at a time, each with different needs. One might need help setting up a document classification pipeline. Another might need prompt optimization for their customer support chatbot. A third might need help interpreting model performance dashboards. This is a hybrid technical-customer role. You'll write Python scripts, tune prompts, query databases, and present results — all in the same day. If you enjoy solving different problems for different people and you can explain technical concepts simply, you'll thrive here.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and tune AI pipelines for 4-6 client accounts
  • Optimize prompts and workflows for client-specific use cases
  • Build lightweight integrations connecting the platform to client tools
  • Create client performance dashboards and interpret results
  • Conduct training sessions teaching clients to use the platform effectively

Requirements

  • Python proficiency with API integration experience
  • Basic understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
  • SQL skills for data queries and reporting
  • Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
  • Problem-solving mindset and comfort with varied technical challenges
