AI Customer Win-Back Campaign Engineer

About the role

Have you ever wanted to build AI systems that actually recover revenue instead of just predicting who's about to leave? Churned accounts are one of the most overlooked opportunities in customer success, and we've decided to do something about it. You'll build the system that identifies which churned customers are realistically win-back candidates, generates a personalized outreach sequence for each one, and hands it off to the customer success team with the right context attached. Success here is measured in dollars recovered, not model accuracy — you'll work directly with CS leadership to prove it.

Responsibilities

  • Build the win-back candidate scoring model using historical churn and usage data
  • Generate personalized outreach sequences using LangChain-based content generation
  • Write SQL pipelines that keep candidate lists fresh as accounts churn and reactivate
  • Track recovered revenue against each campaign cohort and report results to leadership

Requirements

  • Solid Python and SQL skills for building scoring and reporting pipelines
  • Experience with LangChain or similar for generating structured content at scale
  • Comfort working closely with a customer success or revenue team
  • Bias toward measurable business outcomes over model metrics alone
