About the role

We track how 300+ companies use AI in their operations — adoption rates, tool preferences, ROI metrics, failure modes. Our reports shape how VCs evaluate AI startups and how enterprises plan their AI budgets. The data behind those reports needs to be clean, current, and defensible. You'll own the data collection and analysis pipeline for our quarterly AI adoption index. That means pulling data from surveys, public filings, job boards, and API feeds, then cleaning it, validating it, and building the Power BI dashboards that our analysts use to write the final report. This is an ideal first role in AI analytics. You'll learn how the industry works from a bird's-eye view while building real technical skills in data analysis. We pair every junior analyst with a senior mentor for the first 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and clean data from multiple sources for the AI adoption index
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for quarterly reporting
  • Validate data quality and flag inconsistencies for review
  • Write SQL queries to explore trends and answer ad-hoc research questions
  • Support senior analysts with statistical analysis and visualization

Requirements

  • Python proficiency with pandas for data manipulation
  • Comfortable writing SQL queries
  • Basic Power BI or data visualization experience
  • Understanding of descriptive statistics
  • Curiosity about the AI industry and market trends
