About the role

Our clients include regulated enterprises where every model deployment needs a documented sign-off trail, and reliability of that trail is non-negotiable. Our blue-green testing and rollback assessment tools already make deployments safer technically, but the human approval step around each deployment still happens over email threads that are impossible to audit later. This role builds a structured approval workflow service that routes deployment requests to the right approvers and keeps a clean audit trail automatically.

Responsibilities

  • Build approval workflow services integrated with the deployment pipeline
  • Route deployment requests to the correct approvers automatically
  • Maintain a queryable audit trail of every approval decision
  • Work with compliance teams to align workflows with regulatory needs

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Kubernetes-based deployment pipelines
  • Comfortable building workflow or approval-routing services with FastAPI
  • Understanding of audit and compliance requirements for regulated clients
  • Ability to design systems that are both usable and fully auditable
