AI Developer Survey Response Clustering Engineer

About the role

We're building the next generation of developer documentation tools and need someone to make sense of the open-text feedback we collect from developer surveys every quarter. Right now, hundreds of free-text responses get manually skimmed by the docs team, and patterns across releases get lost. You'll build a clustering pipeline that groups similar feedback themes automatically and tracks how sentiment on specific topics shifts release over release, feeding directly into our documentation roadmap planning.

Responsibilities

  • Build a clustering pipeline for open-text developer survey responses
  • Track sentiment shifts on recurring themes across survey cycles
  • Create a summary report the docs team can use for roadmap planning
  • Tune clustering models as new survey question formats are introduced

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with NLP or text clustering techniques
  • Basic familiarity with Hugging Face embedding models
  • Comfortable with Python, pandas, and SQL for data processing
  • Interest in developer experience and documentation tooling
