About the role

We ship a new internal developer tool every quarter, and half of them quietly die from lack of adoption because nobody systematically asks engineers why. This role builds the analysis pipeline that turns internal adoption survey responses into a clear picture of what's working and what isn't, feeding directly into which tools get more investment next quarter.

Responsibilities

  • Build an analysis pipeline for internal tool adoption surveys
  • Identify recurring blockers behind low tool adoption
  • Present findings that inform quarterly tooling investment decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years in data analysis or developer experience research
  • Strong statistics and survey analysis skills
  • Comfortable presenting findings to engineering leadership
