AI Enablement Program Manager

About the role

PyTorch aside, most of what we build here is process: getting AI sales tools into the hands of reps who've never trusted a dashboard before. If that sounds like your kind of problem, keep reading. You'll design and run the enablement program that gets our AI sales tools adopted across enterprise accounts, from training materials to adoption metrics. You'll report directly to the VP of Customer Success and have a real budget to work with.

Responsibilities

  • Design enablement programs for enterprise AI tool adoption
  • Track and report adoption metrics using SQL and Tableau
  • Build training materials for non-technical sales teams
  • Run quarterly business reviews with key accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enablement, program management, or customer success
  • Comfortable pulling and analyzing adoption data
  • Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
