AI Engineer — Legal Contract Automation

We have three automation projects that have been approved by leadership and need to get done. Budget is allocated. Timeline is 4 months. Project 1: Contract review assistant — reads incoming contracts, flags clauses that deviate from our standard playbook, and produces a redline summary. We have 200+ contracts from the last 3 years as training examples. Project 2: Due diligence extraction — takes a document pack (50–300 pages), extracts key terms, deadlines, parties, and obligations, and produces a structured summary. Project 3: Internal Q&A — associates ask questions, it searches our precedent library and responds with relevant passages and case references. Hard requirement: all three systems run on our Azure tenancy. Nothing goes to OpenAI's servers, nothing leaves the firm. We are a law firm. Confidentiality is not negotiable.
