About the role

We transcribe, summarise, and structure customer conversations for sales and success teams. The challenge is not getting a model to say something plausible. It is deciding what is useful enough to keep, what should be extracted into systems of record, and what should never be trusted without review.

Responsibilities

  • Improve extraction of next steps, risks, and account updates from meeting transcripts
  • Build evaluation sets around real customer conversation outcomes
  • Reduce noisy outputs and unsupported suggestions in summaries
  • Collaborate with product on UX patterns for trust and review
  • Own quality improvements from prototype through production rollout

Requirements

  • 3+ years in AI engineering or applied NLP
  • Python for services and evaluation tooling
  • OpenAI API for structured outputs and extraction workflows
  • LlamaIndex or LangChain for retrieval and orchestration
  • RAG experience in conversation or document systems
  • Python and SQL comfort for debugging production data issues
