About the role

Our ethics board meets monthly and generates two hours of transcript that somehow needs to become a one-page action list within 48 hours. This role builds the summarizer that turns raw meeting transcripts into structured minutes with clear owners and deadlines, so decisions don't quietly die because nobody wrote them down properly.

Responsibilities

  • Build a summarizer turning meeting transcripts into structured minutes
  • Extract clear action owners and deadlines from discussion
  • Validate summary accuracy against board member review

Requirements

  • 5+ years in NLP or applied ML engineering
  • Experience with summarization or structured extraction models
  • Comfortable publishing methodology for internal review
