About the role

We serve conversational search products for over 30 enterprise clients, and the most common complaint we hear is that the bot doesn't know something it should. We don't care where you work from. We care about output, clear communication, and ownership of the problem end to end. This freelance engagement is about building a system that detects gaps in our FAQ and knowledge base coverage by analyzing failed and low-confidence retrieval queries, then surfacing concrete recommendations for what content teams should write next.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze failed and low-confidence RAG retrieval queries for gaps
  • Build tooling that recommends missing FAQ or knowledge base content
  • Collaborate async with content teams across multiple time zones
  • Report coverage gap trends to client success on a biweekly basis

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and Hugging Face tools
  • Comfortable working independently on a freelance basis
  • Strong async written communication skills
