About the role

We just signed a licensing deal that requires every generated asset to carry clear usage-rights metadata before it ships to a client. Our clients include Fortune 500 retail brands, so getting licensing metadata wrong isn't a small bug — it's a legal exposure. This role owns the tagging system that attaches rights, usage scope, and expiration data to every generated image automatically, catching untagged assets before they reach a client-facing catalog.

Responsibilities

  • Build automated licensing metadata tagging for generated assets
  • Flag untagged or expired-rights assets before catalog publish
  • Track tagging accuracy across client accounts

Requirements

  • 1-3 years working with metadata or content pipelines
  • Attention to detail on rights and licensing data
  • Comfortable working with high-volume asset pipelines
