About the role

We sell AI tools to marketing teams, and we practice what we preach. Our own growth engine runs on AI — automated competitive analysis, AI-generated ad variations, predictive lead scoring, and personalized outreach sequences. We need a part-time growth hacker (20h/week) to expand and optimize these systems. You'll run experiments on our AI-powered growth stack: testing new prompt strategies for content generation, building lead scoring models from CRM data, automating competitive intelligence workflows, and measuring what actually moves the pipeline. Every experiment has a hypothesis, a measurement plan, and a clear result. This is for someone who thinks like a marketer and builds like an engineer. You'll prototype fast, measure everything, and kill experiments that don't work without attachment.

Responsibilities

  • Run growth experiments on AI-powered marketing automation systems
  • Build and optimize lead scoring models from CRM and behavioral data
  • Test prompt strategies for AI-generated ad copy and content
  • Automate competitive intelligence gathering and analysis workflows
  • Report on experiment results with clear metrics and recommendations

Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth marketing or marketing engineering
  • Python skills for automation and data analysis
  • Experience with OpenAI API or LLM tools for content generation
  • SQL proficiency for CRM and analytics queries
  • Data-driven mindset with rigorous experiment methodology
