AI Inference Latency SLA Monitor

David Dubois

Full-time · Job · Los_Angeles

About the role

Our mission is to make GPU inference predictable enough that enterprise clients can put SLAs on it. This role owns the monitoring layer that watches every inference request against contractual latency targets. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies in financial services, so reliability and auditability are non-negotiable — a missed SLA triggers a formal incident review, and your dashboards are what leadership reads first. You'll work across Kubernetes, telemetry pipelines, and our internal scheduling layer to keep p99 latency inside contract.

  • Build real-time SLA compliance dashboards for inference workloads
  • Design alerting thresholds tied to contractual latency targets
  • Lead post-incident reviews when SLAs are breached

  • 5+ years in infrastructure or SRE roles
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes-based ML serving
  • Comfortable owning client-facing reliability metrics

  • Fully remote position
