About the role

We serve brands running influencer campaigns across a few hundred creator relationships at any given time, and contract negotiation terms vary wildly depending on who happens to be handling a given deal that week. The team you'd join already builds copywriting and brand voice tools; the piece we're missing is an assistant that surfaces fair-market rate benchmarks and flags unusual contract terms before a negotiator sends an offer. Our product blends historical deal data with real-time market benchmarks, and we expect you to be comfortable owning both the modeling and the negotiator-facing interface end to end.

Responsibilities

  • Build fair-market rate benchmarking models from historical deal data
  • Flag unusual or risky contract terms before offers go out
  • Own the negotiator-facing interface for benchmark recommendations
  • Partner with brand partnerships leads on model accuracy

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing analytics or contract data modeling
  • Strong LangChain or RAG experience
  • Comfortable owning a feature end to end
