About the role

We just closed our Series B and are racing to harden our prompt security layer before a major enterprise rollout. This contract role focuses on cataloging emerging jailbreak patterns and building detectors that flag them before they reach production prompts. We publish internally and encourage conference submissions, and this work will directly inform our next model release. You'll partner closely with the red team to turn adversarial findings into shipped detection rules within weeks, not quarters.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Catalog emerging prompt jailbreak patterns from red team findings
  • Build detection rules for known and novel attack patterns
  • Publish internal research on adversarial prompt techniques
  • Partner with red team on adversarial testing cycles

Requirements

  • 5+ years in nlp security or adversarial ml research
  • Deep experience with prompt engineering and openai api
  • Comfortable working on a focused contract timeline
