AI Lead Scoring Model Engineer

About the role

We just closed a major enterprise partnership and our sales team needs a lead scoring system that can keep up with triple the pipeline volume within the quarter. Snowflake, scikit-learn, and AWS are the core of what we build at Xalto Tech. Our current lead scoring is a static rules engine sales reps have learned to distrust, and replacing it with a real model is now the top engineering priority. You'll own this model end to end — from feature engineering against our Snowflake warehouse to deployment and the feedback loop that keeps it accurate as our ideal customer profile shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Own lead scoring model development from feature engineering to deployment
  • Build feature pipelines against Snowflake warehouse data
  • Design a feedback loop incorporating sales team outcome data
  • Deploy and monitor the model on AWS infrastructure
  • Replace legacy rules-based scoring with the new model incrementally

Requirements

  • Strong scikit-learn experience building production scoring models
  • Snowflake experience for large-scale feature engineering
  • AWS deployment experience
  • Track record owning models end to end in a sales or marketing context
  • Comfort working under quarter-level delivery pressure
