About the role

Can a moderation model actually keep up with the speed of a livestream chat during a viral moment, without flagging half the jokes as violations? This contract role tunes our real-time moderation model specifically for livestream chat, where slang, speed, and context shift by the minute compared to standard social posts. You'll work with our existing social listening team on a focused three-month scope.

Responsibilities

  • Fine-tune moderation models for livestream-specific chat patterns
  • Own false-positive reduction for fast-moving slang and context
  • Partner with community teams to validate edge cases in real time
  • Document tuning decisions for the in-house team post-contract

Requirements

  • 2+ years working with NLP moderation or classification models
  • Experience with Hugging Face model fine-tuning
  • Comfortable with fast iteration cycles on a contract timeline
  • Familiarity with livestream or gaming chat culture a plus
