About the role

Campaign assets get localized into 18 languages, updated mid-flight, and re-localized again — and right now our creative teams track which version is live in which market using a shared spreadsheet that breaks constantly. You'll build the versioning service that solves this properly: every asset gets a clear history, every localization links back to its source, and creative teams get an API instead of a spreadsheet. This role sits at the intersection of creative operations and backend engineering, so you'll need to be comfortable explaining technical tradeoffs to people who think in campaigns, not schemas.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build the FastAPI service that tracks localized asset versions and their source relationships
  • Design the S3-backed storage model for versioned creative assets on AWS
  • Partner with creative operations to define what a clean version history actually needs to show
  • Migrate existing spreadsheet-tracked assets into the new system without losing history

Requirements

  • Strong Python and FastAPI experience for building internal services
  • Comfortable designing storage and versioning models on AWS
  • Experience partnering with non-engineering teams on tool design
  • Prior exposure to localization or creative asset workflows a plus
