About the role

Our digital twin platform already predicts which machines are likely to fail soon, but knowing a machine needs attention and getting the right technician there in time are two different problems. Right now dispatch decisions are made by whoever's free, not by who's best matched to the fault type or how much output is at risk if the repair waits. We need someone to build the model that ranks open maintenance tickets by urgency and matches them to technician skill sets, so plant supervisors stop guessing at prioritization. Fast-moving team, direct impact on factory floors, no bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

  • Build models that rank maintenance tickets by urgency and production risk
  • Match technician skill profiles to fault types for faster resolution
  • Ship a dashboard supervisors use to approve dispatch recommendations
  • Work with Power BI to visualize dispatch performance for non-technical users
  • Validate recommendations directly with client maintenance teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with operations analytics or scheduling optimization
  • Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis
  • Experience with prioritization or ranking model design
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Comfortable working on-site with plant engineering teams
