About the role

Python, SQL, and R are the core of what we build. If you can move fluidly between all three, this role is worth a look. We already track geopolitical and market signals across dozens of open sources, but the analysis layer on top is thin — mostly ad hoc scripts and one-off notebooks. Fast-moving team. Big problem. We need someone who ships repeatable analysis frameworks that turn raw signal feeds into research briefs our clients actually read, not just another dashboard nobody opens.

Responsibilities

  • Build repeatable analysis frameworks on top of existing signal-tracking pipelines
  • Write and maintain R and Python scripts for statistical modeling
  • Turn raw data feeds into concise research briefs for clients

Requirements

  • Comfortable working across Python, SQL, and R in the same project
  • Experience turning exploratory analysis into repeatable pipelines
  • Ability to write clearly for a non-technical client audience
