About the role

You'll be the third analytics hire on a creative team of nine, working directly with our creative director and the campaign personalization engineers who already ship models into production. Campaign teams here make creative decisions on instinct half the time, and the other half on dashboards nobody fully trusts. Your job is to close that gap by building analytics that connect creative asset performance to actual campaign outcomes. This is a freelance engagement, roughly 25-30 hours a week, with the flexibility to fit around other client work as long as deliverables land on schedule.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build SQL-backed dashboards connecting creative assets to campaign outcomes
  • Maintain Tableau and Power BI reporting used by the creative team
  • Run ad hoc pandas analysis for campaign post-mortems
  • Present findings directly to the creative director

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing or campaign analytics
  • Strong SQL and dashboarding skills across Tableau and Power BI
  • Comfortable managing your own schedule as a freelancer
  • Experience working with creative or marketing teams
