AI Marketing Campaign Analytics Engineer

About the role

Our marketing team runs dozens of campaigns a month across channels, but nobody can say with confidence which ones actually move revenue. We're hiring a senior analytics engineer to build the measurement layer that finally answers that question — clean attribution models, campaign-level dashboards, and statistically sound lift analysis that leadership can trust. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints, clear ownership, and weekly syncs with the marketing and revenue leadership team. This is a build-from-scratch mandate: the pipelines, the dashboards, and the analytical framework are yours to define and defend.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain SQL-based campaign performance pipelines
  • Build Tableau and Power BI dashboards used weekly by marketing leadership
  • Run statistically rigorous incrementality and lift analyses
  • Partner with growth and marketing teams to define measurement standards
  • Present findings and recommendations directly to leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing or growth analytics roles
  • Advanced SQL and dashboarding skills in Tableau or Power BI
  • Solid grounding in statistics and experimental measurement
  • Experience presenting analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable owning a measurement framework end to end
