About the role

Our attribution models are only as good as the campaign narratives we can extract from unstructured marketing reports, and right now most of that extraction still happens by hand at the end of each quarter. As Senior AI Marketing Prompt Analytics Engineer, you'll design prompts that pull structured performance signals out of campaign reports, creative briefs, and vendor invoices, feeding directly into our attribution models. You'll work on-site with our analytics team three days a week, since a lot of the prompt tuning here depends on tight feedback loops with the analysts who review the output.

Responsibilities

  • Design prompts extracting structured data from campaign reports
  • Feed extracted signals into existing attribution models
  • Iterate on prompts based on analyst review feedback
  • Maintain a library of validated extraction prompt templates

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with NLP or prompt engineering
  • Experience with OpenAI API in a production analytics context
  • Strong SQL skills for attribution data validation
  • Comfortable working on-site in our Paris office
