About the role

We sell AI tools to enterprise marketing teams, but our own marketing could use some AI. Ironic, right? We're hiring a part-time strategist (20h/week) who can build AI-powered workflows for our content pipeline, lead scoring, and competitive intelligence. You'll work directly with our head of marketing to identify where LLMs can save time and improve output quality. Think automated competitor analysis from earnings calls, AI-assisted blog post drafts from product release notes, and smart lead scoring models trained on our CRM data. This isn't a pure marketing role — you need to be comfortable with Python, APIs, and data. And it's not a pure engineering role either — you need to understand what makes content convert and how marketing funnels work. If you live at that intersection, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI-powered workflows for content creation and competitive intelligence
  • Design lead scoring models using CRM and behavioral data
  • Create Tableau dashboards tracking marketing AI impact metrics
  • Prototype automations using OpenAI API and prompt engineering
  • Present findings and recommendations to the marketing leadership team

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing with data analysis experience
  • Python proficiency for automation and data processing
  • Familiarity with OpenAI API and prompt engineering
  • SQL skills for querying CRM and analytics databases
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels
