About the role

Last-click attribution is dead. Privacy changes killed the cross-device tracking that made it marginally defensible, and it was always directionally wrong for any brand investing in awareness-building channels like TV, podcasts, or out-of-home. The future of attribution is probabilistic, privacy-preserving, and honest about what it can and cannot measure. We're the attribution and measurement layer for 65 mid-market and enterprise advertisers. Our platform combines media mix modeling, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution in a unified measurement framework that gives marketing teams a single source of truth across channels that were previously measured in isolation. You'll lead the technical development of our next-generation attribution system — Bayesian media mix models with proper uncertainty quantification, geo-based incrementality experiments with automatic lift estimation, and the data fusion methodology that combines these approaches coherently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of Bayesian media mix models with uncertainty quantification
  • Build geo-based incrementality experiment design and lift estimation pipelines
  • Design data fusion methodology combining MMM, incrementality, and MTA approaches
  • Create client-facing scenario planning tools from attribution model outputs
  • Manage and mentor one junior analytics analyst
  • Present methodology to sophisticated marketing analytics stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing analytics, econometrics, or Bayesian statistical modeling
  • Deep expertise in media mix modeling, preferably with Bayesian approaches
  • Strong Python and R skills for statistical computing
  • Experience with causal inference and experimental design for lift measurement
  • Ability to communicate complex methodology to marketing leaders

Benefits

  • Fully remote
  • Health, dental, and vision
  • Equity package
  • $4,000 annual conference and learning budget
  • Performance bonus
