About the role

We serve radiology departments across 40 hospital systems that rely on our annotated datasets to train diagnostic models. What we're missing is a rigorous quality layer that catches annotator disagreement before it reaches production training sets. You'll design consensus scoring workflows, flag low-confidence annotations for re-review, and build dashboards that let clinical leads audit dataset quality at a glance. Reliability and auditability are non-negotiable when the output feeds decisions that affect patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Build consensus scoring workflows for image annotation quality
  • Flag low-confidence annotations for clinical re-review
  • Maintain audit dashboards for dataset quality metrics
  • Partner with radiologists on edge-case labeling guidelines

Requirements

  • 4+ years in computer vision or medical imaging pipelines
  • Experience with pytorch and annotation tooling
  • Comfortable working directly with clinical reviewers
