About the role

Our mission is to give every team back the hours they lose writing meeting notes nobody reads carefully. We already have a working transcription pipeline and a basic summarization model that handles simple calls well. What's missing is a system that understands action items, decisions, and follow-ups across long, messy meetings with multiple speakers. That's where you come in. We don't care where you work from — we care about clear communication, ownership of the feature from prototype to production, and a genuine interest in making async work less painful for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build automation that extracts action items and decisions from meeting transcripts
  • Improve summarization quality for long, multi-speaker meetings
  • Integrate with existing transcription and calendar systems
  • Run user tests with real customer meetings to validate output quality
  • Ship incremental improvements on a weekly release cycle

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building NLP-powered features
  • Experience with OpenAI API or similar LLM APIs
  • Comfortable working async across multiple time zones
  • Ability to iterate quickly based on user feedback
  • Portfolio of shipped NLP or automation features
