About the role

We just rolled out our workflow automation platform to three new enterprise accounts, and meeting summarization is now the most requested feature in our backlog. Recordings and transcripts pile up faster than any human could summarize them, so we're building a pipeline that generates accurate, action-item-focused notes automatically. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints, clear ownership, and weekly syncs with product leadership to ship this fast — the client contracts closing next quarter are counting on it.

Responsibilities

  • Build a summarization pipeline for meeting transcripts using RAG
  • Ship a FastAPI service integrated into the core automation platform
  • Track summarization quality using MLflow experiment tracking
  • Partner with product to prioritize the highest-impact meeting types

Requirements

  • 3+ years building production NLP or LLM-backed services
  • Experience with LangChain, RAG, or similar summarization pipelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
