About the role

Have you ever wanted your prototypes to react to real usage data instead of guesswork? We built a design system where every micro-interaction is backed by live telemetry, and it's still missing an owner. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints and clear ownership, translating usage signals into prototype variants that our design team tests each week with real users before anything ships.

Responsibilities

  • Turn usage telemetry into testable micro-interaction prototypes
  • Own the pipeline connecting analytics events to design experiments
  • Partner with product to prioritize which flows get prototyped first
  • Present weekly findings to the design and product leadership sync

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a product analytics or UX engineering role
  • Strong SQL and comfort building quick data pipelines in Python
  • Experience presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Portfolio showing prototypes informed by real usage data
