AI Multi-Angle Product Shot Synthesis Engineer

About the role

We're building the next generation of AI-powered product photography tools, and e-commerce clients keep asking for the same thing: consistent multi-angle shots generated from a single hero image, without a reshoot. You will build a model that synthesizes plausible alternate camera angles of a product from one or two source photos, maintaining consistent lighting, proportions, and material appearance across generated views. This four-month contract works closely with our existing image composition and relighting team, whose quality scoring tools you'll use to validate every generated angle.

Responsibilities

  • Build a model synthesizing consistent multi-angle product shots from limited source photos
  • Maintain lighting, proportion, and material consistency across generated views
  • Use existing composition quality scoring tools to validate outputs
  • Collaborate with the relighting team on shared quality standards
  • Document failure cases where generated angles are not usable

Requirements

  • 3+ years in generative computer vision or 3D-aware image synthesis
  • Strong PyTorch skills
  • Portfolio or experience with product imagery a plus
  • Comfortable working within a four-month contract engagement
