About the role

We just closed our Series A and are scaling paid acquisition fast across five channels at once. Small growth team, big budget: you'll be one of three people responsible for how several million dollars in ad spend gets allocated across channels every week. Our platform helps DTC brands automate ad spend decisions. You'll build the pacing model that reallocates budget in near real-time as channel performance shifts, so campaigns stop overspending on Monday and starving by Friday.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build real-time budget pacing and reallocation models across channels
  • Monitor channel performance signals and trigger reallocation rules
  • Partner with the growth team on pacing strategy
  • Backtest pacing logic against historical spend data
  • Report weekly on pacing model impact

Requirements

  • Experience with marketing analytics or media mix modeling
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Comfortable working with fast-changing, noisy performance data
  • Contract engagement, roughly 30 hours per week
