About the role

As a fully async team spread across 9 time zones, we believe great engineers don't need a schedule to do great work. We serve over two million language learners, mostly kids, whose parents want a clear weekly summary of progress without logging into a dashboard. The person in this role builds the system that turns raw learning-session data into a short, readable report parents actually open. We don't care where you work from. We care about output, clear communication, and reports parents trust.

Responsibilities

  • Build the pipeline that turns session data into parent-facing reports
  • Design report templates that highlight meaningful progress signals
  • Run tests comparing report formats for parent engagement

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with Python and data reporting
  • Interest in educational products for younger learners
  • Able to work async with minimal supervision
