About the role

Traditional penetration testing follows playbooks — scan for known vulnerabilities, try common exploits, write a report. Our AI-augmented approach adapts in real-time: the system learns from each test attempt, identifies attack paths that human testers overlook, and generates novel exploitation strategies based on the specific target environment. You'll build the adaptive testing engine: attack graph generation mapping all possible paths through a target network, ML-guided prioritization that focuses on the most likely successful attack vectors, and the automated exploitation framework that chains multiple low-severity findings into high-impact attack scenarios. Security testing is adversarial engineering. The systems you're attacking are defended by competent security teams. Finding vulnerabilities they missed requires creative thinking augmented by computational thoroughness — and the ability to explain complex attack chains to executives who need to understand the business risk.

Responsibilities

  • Build adaptive attack graph generation for AI-augmented penetration testing
  • Design ML-guided prioritization for high-probability attack vector identification
  • Develop automated exploitation chaining combining low-severity findings into critical paths
  • Create clear attack narrative reports for executive and technical audiences
  • Maintain and expand the library of AI-generated testing strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years in penetration testing or offensive security
  • Strong Python skills for security automation
  • Experience with attack graph modeling and path analysis
  • Understanding of common vulnerability classes and exploitation techniques
  • Ability to communicate technical security findings to non-technical stakeholders
