About the role

Keyframe animation takes a skilled artist 2 weeks to produce 10 seconds of realistic character motion. Our procedural animation system generates physically plausible motion in real time from text descriptions. Tell it "character stumbles on uneven terrain while carrying a heavy box" and it produces motion that looks hand-crafted — no keyframes, no motion capture, no manual cleanup. The underlying tech combines physics simulation with learned motion priors trained on 400 hours of motion capture data. Your role is pushing the quality frontier: improving foot contact, reducing floating artifacts, handling complex multi-character interactions, and adding style transfer so the same action looks different for different character archetypes. We sell to game studios and VFX houses who need large volumes of unique motion. Quality matters more than speed — our clients will wait 30 seconds for great motion, but won't accept motion that looks robotic. You'll work alongside two research scientists and three engineers, and you'll have access to our full motion capture dataset for training.

Fully remote.
