About the role

Our clients include procurement teams at mid-market manufacturers who are drowning in unstructured supplier emails, contract PDFs, and spend reports. Reliability and clear audit trails are non-negotiable when your output feeds directly into purchasing decisions. You'll build NLP pipelines that extract structured terms from supplier correspondence and route flagged anomalies to the procurement team, using retrieval-augmented prompts grounded in each client's contract history. The person in this role will work closely with our client success team to tune extraction accuracy per account, since every client's contract language looks a little different.

Responsibilities

  • Build NLP extraction pipelines for supplier correspondence
  • Tune RAG-based prompts per client contract format
  • Flag anomalies in extracted procurement terms
  • Support client success with extraction accuracy reviews

Requirements

  • 3+ years of NLP or information extraction experience
  • Experience with LangChain or comparable RAG frameworks
  • Strong SQL skills for validating extracted data
  • Comfortable working across multiple client accounts
