About the role

Python, SQL, and statistics are the core tools behind everything we build for assistive technology users. We already collect detailed usage data from screen-reader and captioning features, but turning that into product decisions is still mostly manual. We believe accessible technology should be built with real usage evidence, not assumptions, so this part-time role focuses on closing that gap — analyzing usage patterns and turning them into clear recommendations the product team can act on.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze usage data from accessibility features using Python and SQL
  • Build statistical summaries that surface real user pain points
  • Turn analysis into clear, actionable product recommendations

Requirements

  • Solid SQL and Python skills for exploratory data analysis
  • Comfort applying basic statistical methods to usage data
  • Interest in accessibility and assistive technology products
