We serve enterprise clients in financial services and professional services, and we are embedding AI into a product that is already deeply integrated into their workflows. This role requires a product manager who understands both the possibilities of LLM-based features and the constraints of enterprise deployment: data residency requirements, role-based access controls, audit logging, and procurement cycles that don't move at startup speed. You will be accountable for shipping AI features that enterprise clients trust enough to actually use.
Responsibilities
Define and prioritise the enterprise AI feature roadmap
Work with legal and compliance on data handling for AI features
Conduct discovery interviews with enterprise clients on AI needs
Write detailed specs including edge cases and admin controls
Partner with sales and CSM on positioning and enablement
Requirements
3+ years in B2B or enterprise SaaS product management
Experience shipping AI-powered features with LLM APIs
Understanding of enterprise requirements (SSO, RBAC, audit logging, data residency)
Able to manage a complex stakeholder environment (eng, sales, CSM, legal)
Strong prioritisation skills with a clear framework
