Ongoing role: conduct user interviews, analyse usage patterns, run surveys, and translate findings into clear product insights for our team. You'd be the voice of the user in our product discussions.
Not a data analyst role — you'll do some quantitative work, but the main output is qualitative insight and clear recommendations. We need someone who is genuinely curious about how non-technical people think about AI.
