About the role

You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints, clear ownership, and weekly syncs with leadership. The team already ships fast; your job is to make sure it ships the right things. You'll translate underwriting team pain points into a prioritized product roadmap for our AI risk-scoring tools, backed by data rather than guesswork. Expect close collaboration with engineering and a direct line to the VP of Product.

Responsibilities

  • Turn underwriting team feedback into a prioritized product roadmap
  • Define success metrics for new AI risk-scoring features
  • Run structured discovery interviews with internal users
  • Present roadmap updates to leadership each sprint

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product management or strategy, ideally in insurtech
  • Comfortable working with SQL to validate assumptions
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
