AI Product Strategy Lead

Benjamin Leclerc

Full-time · Job · New_York

About the role

SQL, Python, and a sprawling real-time data platform are the tools; the product roadmap for our streaming data infrastructure is what you'll actually shape. You'll set direction for how our platform evolves, backed by rigorous analysis of usage patterns, client health metrics, and statistical modeling of adoption trends rather than gut feeling. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies whose data pipelines cannot afford ambiguity, so every roadmap decision you make gets scrutinized and needs to hold up. It's a senior, high-visibility role: your prioritization calls will directly shape what tens of engineering teams build next quarter.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy for our streaming data platform
  • Analyze usage and adoption data using SQL, Python, and statistics
  • Build executive-facing dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
  • Translate client feedback and metrics into a prioritized roadmap
  • Present strategic recommendations directly to executive leadership

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product strategy or product analytics roles
  • Strong SQL and Python skills for independent analysis
  • Solid grounding in statistics for trend and adoption analysis
  • Experience building dashboards for executive audiences
  • Track record of shaping roadmaps at a data infrastructure company

Benefits

  • Fully remote position
  • Highly competitive salary + equity
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Executive-level visibility and influence
  • Generous PTO and sabbatical policy
