About the role

We're building the red-team infrastructure that enterprise AI teams use to stress-test their models before launch. Prompt injection attacks evolve weekly, and our existing test suites go stale within a month of release. You'll own the pipeline that curates fresh adversarial prompts from live red-team engagements, public disclosure feeds and internal research, then packages them into versioned datasets our detection models train against. You'll spend most of your time close to the red-team researchers, translating their findings into structured, reusable training data.

Responsibilities

  • Curate adversarial prompt datasets from red-team engagements
  • Version and package datasets for downstream model training
  • Track public prompt injection disclosures and incorporate findings
  • Partner with red-team researchers to validate dataset coverage

Requirements

  • 5+ years in NLP, security research or applied ML
  • Strong prompt engineering and OpenAI API experience
  • Familiarity with adversarial ML or red-teaming
  • Comfortable working with sensitive attack data
