We serve streaming and gaming clients whose content sounds stiff and generic once translated, especially to younger regional audiences who notice immediately when slang feels dated or mistranslated. This freelance role adapts our base localization output with regionally current slang and tone for specific dialect markets, starting with Latin American Spanish variants. You'll work project by project with clear scope and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt localized content with regionally current slang and tone
  • Flag mistranslated or outdated colloquial expressions in existing content
  • Build small prompt-engineering adjustments for dialect-specific tone
  • Deliver adapted batches against agreed project timelines

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in a specific Spanish dialect region
  • Comfortable with prompt engineering and openai api basics
  • Cultural fluency with current regional slang and media references
  • Available for project-based freelance engagements
